George Belden's talk on Leo Kot and Windham Football focused on football, but George also folds in Kot's history as a World War II tail gunner, his 34 years of teaching history and driver training, and his other coaching successes in golf, basketball, and baseball.

More than 165 people attended the event. Some of the more notable people attending the talk included several members of the Kot family, John Lowery, Frances Davis and some members of Kot's first championship team of 1953 including Norm Clark, Ken Rarick, Stan Gill, and Bert Spencer.
